Noted comedian of 1970s and 80s, most famous for his role as a jailor in Sholay (1975). Featured in most of Jeetendra's 'South' movies during 80s with Kader Khan, Amjad Khan and Shakti Kapoor. Acted in many Gujarati movies as a leading hero with Aruna Irani. Often seen in movies these days in minor roles. Has acted in more than 300 hindi movies.
