This film dedicated to our Late Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi. Our Films Kewal, Kamini and Kulwant is symbolic character, one of those who want to solve the villager's problems. Kewal and Kamini love each other but due to dowry system they canot marry with each other, because they are against it.Both of the father of our Kewal and Kamini are black marketers, they insist them to do as they say. Kewal and Kamini refuse it and left their homes. Kulwant's father is also a smuggler, Kulwant is ideal young man who left his father's property and house also, which was make by unfair means by his father. They all make a association of youngsters to work village to villag on 20 point programme. They started work in Dibugarh near Meerut City inspired by Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi's 20 points Programme. All corrupted and misguided person opposed the Association but they workied hard and with honesty and at last they win the game. They do good for all villagers and village of India. Everyone of the village folk came together and were able to get arrested the corrupted, put them jail, bringing 20 points Programme a grand success.
