Babu is young and smart man. For his mothers happiness he wants to built a school for poor children. For School building Babu needs Five lakhs Rupees. Babu starts working for smugglers, and slowly day by day he collects the money for school building. One day Babu meets Kundan. Kundan tells Babu to get release Dukh Bhanjan from the jail, in return Kundan pays Rs.five lakhs to Babu. Babu brings out Dukh Bhanjan from the jail but Dukh Bhanjan runs away from Babu's house. Kundan becomes Babu's enemy, because Babu has taken Rs. Five lakhs from Kundan in Advance. When Dhukh Banjan comes to know that Babu is his own son and wants to handover him to Kundan and for that he will get Rs. Five lakhs, which he needs for School Building. Dukh Banjan purposely surrneder him self to Babu. Babu brings him to Kundan's den and completes his job. When Babu comes to his mother, she tells him that Dukh Bhanjan is his father. Babu goes back to Kundan's den. Babu cleverly tells his father that he is his son. Dukh Banjan becomes happy, they mix up and Babu takes his father's Revenge from Kundan.
