Got noticed with his first Bollywood movie, Ardh Satya (1983) and became famous with Amitabh Bachchan's Aakhree Raasta (1986). Achieved real popularity with Dharmendra and Anil Sharma, in Hukumat (1987), Elaan-E-Jung (1989), and Farishtay (1991). Gave memorable performance in Sadak (1991) before switching to comedic roles with Aankhen (1993) which continued a long association with Govinda and Kadar Khan. Still active, but hasnt done any noticeable work since late 90s.
