Younger brother of Feroz Khan, Sanjay was born Abbas Khan and went on to do a number of family movies during late 60s and early 70s before becoming a movie director and later on made TV serials. Got severely injured when a fire broke out during the shooting of TV serial, The Sword of Tipu Sultan (1989).
