All that the dying Seth Dindayal could manage, after robbed and shot, to "Dial 100", the emergency number for Police help. . Rana and Raju, the convicts escaping with a fortune in diamonds, find the police hot on their trail. That gets the better of them and the duo fall out on each other. Raju treacherously makes off with the diamonds and later hides them in a guitar and keeps it in the car of Pop Singer Gautam and he himself hides in the Dicky. . And thus begins a merry-mix-up as the guitar changes hands almost with magical ease from a wayside tramp who leaves it off the car to a couple of bumbling cyclists Bhaijan Bhopali and captain Jolly, who unknown to them are now in possession of a fortune in diamonds. They are the tenants of India House, the building where the rib-tickling crime comedy takes exciting turns. Gautam and his girl friend Geeta, Raju who had been following them all along and Rana out for revenge, are all the tenants of this building, on the look out for the guitar housing the diamonds. Amidst the make of shocking surprises the guitar once again changes hands. Rajus at-tempts to get hold of it are foiled by Ranas presence. Raju hides himself in Geetas Room surpris- ing the girl, who hits him with a brass flower pot. . Geeta has now a dead body on her hands a muder to explain Rana is frantically looking out for Raju and Gautams engagement to Geeta is in danger of being broken off Geeta frantically conveys the news to Gautam. But Gautam finds the body has disappeared.
