The Police Commissioner was seriously worried. Even ordinary crimials were turning into dangerous ones because of easy availability of illegal weapons in the underworld market. The matter was so serious that the Police Commissoner even thought of calling in the CBI. On the other hand the manufacturer of these illegal weapons Dewan Singh alas Amirchand was no less worried. Unavailability of special stell had forced him to stop production. He could not close down the factory which turned steel into gold for him. He had to find a solution and he did. It was Kapoor Industries which had special steel quota that he set his eyes upon. He must have that factory at any cost and consequences. But the proprietor of Kapoor Industries, Shalini, point blank, refused to sell her factory to Dewan Singh. Bent upon acqu ring Kapoor Industries by hook or crook, Dewan Singh trapped Malini, the younger sister of Shalini, into a blackmailing trap threatening to ruin her life, To save her sisters life, Shalini seemed to have no alternative than selling the factory to Dewan Singh. The question of her life being ruined by Dewan Singh wuldnt arise if she were not alive. So she left home with the intention of commiting suicide. . Having being check-mated by Malini Dewan Singh became mor edangerous. Every moment of Shlainis he became fraught with vicious conspiracies and dangerous traps. The funny tricks of Guru Suleman and Herculean strength of Pahalwn created serious deterrant for Dewan Singh. Then began the see-saw game of move and counter move and daring deeds.
