Ishqeria is a film revolving around a small town girl Kuhu (Richa Chadha), who comes to Mussoorie to study in a reputed college, isn't able to take eyes off her college senior Raghav Dalmia (Neil Nitin Mukesh), manipulates him into falling for her, later falls for him for real, then circumstances lead them away from each other before love finds a way back.
