Greedy uncle Kunwar Amarnath Singh (aka Kans) has all his eyes on the property of Ashok Singhania (Saif) since his father is in coma. He manages to get a temporary power of attorney for the property by proving Ashok to be mad along with his best friend Kumar (Riteish). As they get treated by Dr. Shivani in an asylum, another set of Ashok Kumar break out of that hospital who work with Kunwar to acquire the Singhania property. However, the confusion begins when a third pair of Ashok Kumar enters the scene who is introduced by Dr. Khan (Nawab Shah). Ashok Singhania too comes across Johny (a lookalike of Kunwar) whom he trains to behave like his uncle. However, his dilemma increases when he meets yet another look alike Balbir.
