The film is about the 48-hour journey of two cops. It is about how the biggest player of the Indian cricket team Viraj Sharma is kidnapped just two days before the final match of a tournament being played between arch rivals India and Pakistan, in Dubai.
The Indian government sends John Abraham to Dubai to rescue the missing player. On reaching there, Abraham makes Varun Dhawan a part of his mission. What follows is a 48-hour journey of these two cops and how they solve the case.
