Suresh and Dinesh are partners in a smuggling firm. As Suresh suspect the bona fides of Dinesh he asks him to resign. Dinesh goads Suresh's employee Rajani to write a letter to her sister Anita in London saying that she has conceived by Suresh and to jump from a ten-story building. Rajani dies and Suresh is prosecuted for her murder but acquitted. Anita comes back from London and helps Suresh in having Dinesh nabbed by the police and marries Suresh.
