Cast
Widowed Inspector Prabhakar (Shatrughan Sinha) gets killed just when he was closed to nab the mysterious leader, of a criminal ring. In order for the investigation to continue, inspector general, Khanna (Prem Nath) convinces prabhakar's look-alike notorious hoodlum, Kalicharan to take prabhakar's place in exchange for his eventual freedom. Does Kalicharan take Prabhakar's place or just run away from the cops?
