Ankh Ka Tara

Tells the heart-rending saga of a mother and son. Parvati's husband dies on the day she gives birth to a son. Her son Mohan loses his sight and realising that he would be a burden on his mother leaves the house quitely. Parvati is taken care by a benevolent widower when she saves his daughter Geeta from a mishap. Mohan, who had become a talented singer is ultimately united with his mother and Geeta.
