Professor Sharma is a devoted scientist who in the course of his experiment stumbles upon the formula of human invisibility. Ramesh is one of his ex-students and he steals the formula and uses it for robberies & smuggling. He soon starts to control an international ring of organized crimes. The police are clueless of the culprit and as the crime rate goes high someone has to put an end to the invisible man Mr. X. Professor Sharma calls in his student Amar Kumar from America to tackle Mr. X. How will Amar stop the invisible Ramesh who has terrorized the law as Mr.X?
