Anil, (Anasari) an eminent scientist, thought he would hold the earth in his hands, if only he perfected the terrible master Miser Ray, a weapon far deadlier than the mass-killing bomb! For this purpose, he had the help and collaboration of scientists from the planet Mars, which had advanced very far in the nuclear technique. All that the Martinas wanted for their trouble was all the supply they could get of diamonds, the purest form of carbon, so vital for their own living and survival. Anil maintained constant contact with the Matians, and one day they swoop down on the earth in their flying saucers, and decamp with a large horder of diamonds after killing a rich merchant. The Indian Secret Service is set a humming with activity. They assign the investigation task to their ace officer Rakesh, (Pradip Kumar) who is assisted by a private detective and friend, (Johny Walker) Neelkanth. Hot on Anil's trail, Pradip Kumar is about to discover the secret underground laboratory where the terrible Ray is being develo ped, when Rakesh's sweetheart, Sarita, (Tanuja) and her millionatire diamond merchant father, disappear form the earth. The martians kidnap them to their planet and hold them as hostages. Then all hell breaks loose on the earth, providing in Wahan Ke Log a roaring high speed drama, loaded with thrills, mystery and suspense, as super jets go in action with a mass attack of flying saucers.
