Jackie Shroff appears in yet another high-flying special role, speaking in a (mimic's) voice that isn't his, suave in designer suits and helicopters. Richness is not contagious though, because his kid bro (Vishwasrao) dresses like a fashion street romeo, gem-studded glares leading a dimwitted rock band. Kid bro decides to accidentally kidnap the CM's daughter (Bakshi) to prove that he can make newspaper headlines. So far, so genius. Throw in politics, real terrorists, and no plot to speak of.
