Manavgarh is such a village where people don't have Police to protect them and hence they are the sufferers of the cruelty of Thakur. However, this village has got a freedom fighter Master Dinanath who wants to make them aware of their right and justice. He is having a dream of having a Police Station in his village but the Thakur and his three out-lawed sons do everything to destroy Master's dream. Master's efforts see the light of law and a Police Station is opened. Inspector Amar takes charges of the Police Station. This become unwanted thing in the eyes of Thakur and his sons. Meera, daughter of Thakur is attracted to Amar, she is always against the deeds of her father and brothers. Chanda, daughter of Master Dinanath, is an innocent girl with loving attitude and helping nature falls in love with Amar. They like each other. But, Thakur wants to destroy the Police Station. Inspector Amar poses challange to Thakur and in this process a black day arrives in Manavgarh village in which, Chanda, daughter of Master Dinanath sees death of her father, lover Inspector Amar, Meera and her mother by the Thakur. It was a turning point in her life. Now, on the one hand she wants to take revenge with Thakur and on the other hand she also wanted to see his father's dream to have Police Station in her village. She is now completely changed lady, uses her mind and raises her voice against the misdeeds of Thakur and starts her game in which Thakur loses his sons one by one and finally become the target of Chanda. Chanda, the innocent girl of the village comes forward with a new character and become idol of many law lover.
