City Mafia wants to grab that basti for building a huge business complex. Shalaka and her mother intercepts in this matter. Incidentally Baba- a common man with exceptional karate skills- comes in between to save these women from Mafia's henchmen and he beats them easily because of his martial art expertise. Then the Mafia takes the help of police and politics but they also fails to controll Baba. Mafia tries to take Baba in his gang but Baba refuses it. Then Mafia takes decision to kill Baba and Baba takes an oath to save basti. The fight begins.
