There is the sensational news of the murder of Mr.Kumar, a well known businessman of the city. Mr.Sharma was stunned to read the news. He immediately rushes to Mr.Kumar's house and is shocked to see a man, who is working in Mr.Kumars firm as an Overseer. He declares him to be the assasin, because he had marked resembleance to the man, who came to him last night. So Shanker is arrested by his own brother Inspector Khanna. But Shanker was too smart for him and runs away with hand cuffs on. From the second day onwards, a host of misfortunes start falling on the family of Mr.Kumar. His only sister Veena is kidnapped and younger brother is left alone in the world. Wounded by the police bullet Shanker takes shelter at the place of the famous dancer Reeta. Reeta falls for Shanker, She had certain relationship with Bhupat, who used to be a decoit some years ago. Bhupat takes over Shanker. On the other hand C.I.D. Head Office informs that late Kumar was a party to Bhupat in looking the treasure some years ago. Bhupats was put behind bars for seven years, and Kumar had swallowed even Bhupats share of the loot. Getting released form the jail Bhupat came to Kumar's place. Kumar not only refused ot give him his share but also refused to recognise him. At this misbehaviour, Bhupat lost his temper and decide to kill Kumar. But fate had its own way and Kumar was murdered that very night by some one else. Bhupa taking Shanker to be a close accociate of Kumar tortures him in various ways, so that he may tell Bhupat about the secret place where Kumar kept his money. But Shanker could not tell as he did not known any thing. During this period Kumar's sister Veena starts hating Shanker because she is under the impression that he is murderer of her brohter. Suddenly the events take surprinsing turns and the shape of the sensation starts changing repidly.
