Seth Garibchand and Naseebchand earn money, live in terms of money, but do not spend it at all. They do not spare anything to eat even. Marriage they do not want-because it costs currency. And thus they advice others. On the appointed day the solicitiors come and open the `Will of their late father by which they are inharit of rs. 1 crore. But there is one typical condition of the Will. They can be entitled ot thier heritage only if they are able to spend Rs. Fifty Lakhs within Six Months else the entire amount is to go into Charity. Spending is a hard job for them. They only know how to earn. It is a tradition with this family. How will these misers spend? Jagdeep is their nephew. He has spent whatever his father had left for him. Both decide that Jagdeep is the best media to lose. The Game of Spending starts. Dhotis take turn into jeans, luxury comes into life, girls enter their environment, dark fluke horses are backed, dead shares are bought, a flop actor Preetam is hired to stage an Opera in the monsoon in an Open air auditorium. Spending becomes a mania with them. But miracle follows after another miracle. Every deal brings ten times profit. They are mad, loud, sure to waste.
