Blinded by greed, Seth Laxmidas (Jeevan) kills his own best friend, Ramkumar. His next plan is to kill Ramkumar's son, and marry his own son to Ramkumar's daughter Asha (Sayeeda Khan), so he gets to control the entire estate of Ramkumar. Everything is moving according to the plan, except two loyal employees of Ramkumar, Banke (Agha) and Bihari (Chaman Puri) finds out about the whole thing, and also discovers Laxmidas' private diary as a proof. Inspector Kumar (Shekhar) falls in love with Asha and starts doubting Laxmidas. Banke-Bihari joins hands with Kumar, Laxmidas is put behind the bars, and Asha gets married to Kumar.
