Hanuman was cursed along with his mother Anjani by father Kesari, as a result of which he lost his super-natural powers. These powers were to be restored when he met Rama. After years, Hanuman met Rama and went in search of Seeta, who was abducted by Ravan. In the fight between Rama and Ravan, Ravan was killed, Seeta was rescued and Hanuman and his mother were cured of their curses. He became a true devotee of Rama and dedicated his entire life to his service for good. His deeds of valour are known to everybody.
