Samjhauta

Gopal(Anil Dhawan), who had come with high hopes of earning fame and name as a singer finds his ambition trhottled. He befriends Shankar(Shatrughan Sinha), who shelters him and saves from the cruelities of society. Gopal meets with an accident, loses his sight. Shankar finds himself behind bars. Gopal, however,earns fame and repays his debts to his friend.
